A bond clean is a full end of tenancy deep clean covering every surface — bathrooms, kitchen including inside oven and fridge, all bedrooms, living areas, and floors. It is completed to the standard required for rental inspections in New Zealand. Carpet steam cleaning and garage cleaning can be added on request.
